Upon being contacted, we will arrange a meeting with you to determine your needs and answer any questions. You may either sign a contract at that time or we can leave it with you along with a self-addressed stamped envelope.

After receiving the signed contract and retainer, we will have you shoose a password to access our online tools located in the Client Area of our website. If you prefer not to use the Internet, we will mail you a copy of the online documents with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Once the documentation is completed we will create an agenda.

Approximately one month prior to the event we will arrange a meeting with you at the location where the event will be held. We will survey the room and discuss any last minute changes to the agenda.

On the day of the event only the organizer can change the itinerary or someone appointed by them.

Our event package includes the following services:

  • Two face-to-face meetings - the first to meet you and the second a month prior to the event to visit the facility where it will be held

  • Professional sound and lighting equipment with backups on site
  • Two Honda Super Quiet generators to supply power for outdoor events
  • Projection equipment that can display up to a 8'x8' image of still or moving pictures
  • Photo montage of up to 100 pictures in total
  • Digital photography during the event
  • Travel within 300 miles of Madison, WI
