Weddings
Upon being contacted, we will arrange a meeting with you to determine your needs and answer any questions. You may either sign a contract at that time or we can leave it with you along with a self-addressed stamped envelope.
After receiving the signed contract and retainer, we will have you choose a password to access our online tools located in the Client Area of our website. If you prefer not to use the Internet, we will mail you a copy of the online documents with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Once the documentation is completed we will create an agenda.
Approximately one month prior to the wedding we will arrange a meeting with you at the location where the reception will be held. We will survey the room and discuss any last minute changes to the agenda.
On the wedding day only the Bride and Groom can change the agenda or someone appointed by them.
Wedding Package
Our wedding package is available for $1295.00*. A $295.00 non-refundable retainer is required to book our show, and the balance is due on or before your wedding date. If you book within 90 days of the wedding show you will receive a $100 cash discount. The package includes the following services:
- Unlimited hours including early setup
- Ceremony and dinner music
- Extensive library of dance music for all ages - (Music Search)
- Karaoke with a TV monitor to display the lyrics
- Two performers in professional attire
- Two face-to-face meetings - the first to meet you and your fiancée and the second approximately a month prior to the wedding to visit the reception facility
- Access to Online tools located in the password-protected Client Area of our website
- -----Planning Form - to cover the details of your reception
- -----Event Timeline - to set the order of events for your day
- -----Music Requests - to create a custom song list for your event
- -----Event Satisfaction Survey - to complete after your event and help us improve our service
- -----Make an Online Payment - we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal
- Professional sound, lighting and video equipment with backups on site
- Two Honda Super Quiet generators to supply power for outdoor ceremonies and receptions
- Projection equipment that can display up to a 8'x8' image of still or moving pictures
- Photo montages up to 100 pictures in total
- Digital photography during the reception
- Travel within 300 miles of Madison, WI
- Non-Saturday weddings ($100 off)
- Military/Emergency Services personnel ($100 off)
- Off-season weddings between November 1st and March 31st ($100 off)
